Within the bounds of intentionality centered in one's core values, HopeCare believes it can be healthy to be whimsical. Sweets are not always unhealthy. If disease has any connection to "dis-ease", then why couldn't the occasional comfort food (enjoyed mindfully) be an ease-promoting indulgence, and therefore: healthy! Certain foods can stir up heart-warming memories of loving relationships and nurturing experiences.
